- KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission or the date of account closure, whichever is later, as required under anti-money laundering regulations;
- Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
